Your own self-contained and fully furnished apartment completely fitted out with a bed and mattress, desk and chair, dining table and stool, kitchenette with twin ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and lighting throughout. Sizes start from 17 sqm upwards. The studio is centrally located in the district of (hidden) Bockenheim – extremely close to the highlights of the city. Walk to the trendy district "Leipziger Straße" or to the campus Bockenheim of Goethe University. All other (hidden) universities are also easily accessible, thanks to excellent links to public transport. Look forward to the skyline view from the roof terrace. - What's included All-inclusive rent That’s water, electricity and gas included – and also WiFi. We want things to be as easy as possible for you. - High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi We offer you 40 MB broadband and WiFi included in your rent for several devices at the same time. - Bathroom Every apartment has its own modern en-suite bathroom, with shower, washbasin and toilet. - Laundry facilities on-site Washing machines and dryers are on-site as and when you need them (chargeable). - Secure parcel storage You have your own mailbox for your letters and our residence team in the Management Office are happy to accept your parcels. - Roof terrace Enjoy the views from our roof terrace while tackling that revision or assignment. - Social spaces Spacious and well-equipped common rooms as well as study areas welcome you and your friends at any time of the day. - On-site service team A member of our team is available during office hours. They will happily help you with any requests you may have. - Maintenance If things break or go wrong in our buildings, we'll fix them quickly and cheerfully. - Security For the safety of our students, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. - Option to rent parking spaces We offer you the option to rent a parking space (additional costs will apply) - Complete furnishing Each studio is fully furnished, so that you'll lack nothing. Further information: - A 150 EUR administration fee will be due before Move in - For rental contracts up to 6 months, 7% VAT applies on the apartment rent. This increases the rental price. - We are renting only to students! - Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration” You don ́t have to pay a cash deposit upfront. Instead, you can use Garentii deposit insurance to protect your landlord. This way, you keep more money in your pocket! Smart: Save up to 3 months of rent for things that matter.
